For peace of mind John Drury Services Guarantee all of our work for 6 years and subject to terms, which are listed below.
Safety is the number one priority. If a situation is deemed unsafe those devices/circuits may have to be disabled until made safe. Under no circumstance will John Drury Services carry out work that is unsafe or has not had relevant precautions put in place. If you are unsure of any aspect which relates to this concern, John Drury Services can help you make informed choices.
All work is carried out with due care and skill in accordance to relevant regulation.
Our Guarantee terms
Fixed Cover
· Call out to rectify problem(s) within a reasonable length of time, during normal working hours.
· Faults and/or damage coursed to installed equipment due to poor / faulty installation by us.
· Replacement or repair of equipment*(see exclusions) due to electrical or mechanical failure.
Fixed Terms
If an installation is used in a commercial or industrial setting the application of the guarantee is at the sole discretion of John Drury Services. Installed devices must be supplied and fitted and John Drury Services. When adding to an existing circuit that circuit must pass relevant testing or the guarantee does not apply. If a problem is determined not to be covered by the guarantee it is subject to a fault, find and fix charge. If a device needs to be changed it will be changed like for like. Faults must be reported within in the guarantee period. All parts of the installation remain the property of John Drury Services until full payment is made, if payment to the work was not settled in the agreed time the guarantee does not apply. Any aspect of an installation not mentioned in the terms or exclusions and is at the sole discretion of John Drury Services. The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and not a replacement.
Exclusions;
Modifications done to the installation, cosmetic damage, luminaires/light bulbs, generators and transformers(up to manufacture’s guarantee only) smart equipment and CCTV (up to manufacture’s guarantee only), consumables, fuses, single use safety devices (after one use), attached equipment, loss of business for any reason, damaged caused by other faults on the same circuit, damage to fabric of building for any reason. Damaged caused by vermin, vandalism, acts of god, flooding, fire, theft, lighting strike, adverse weather damage, Improper use or failure to follow the manufactures instructions or the instructions of John Drury Services, Inoperability of the Product caused by withdrawal of services by a third party or by a failure of, fault with or interruption of a utility supply.
